Why OpenCom selected Voicetronix?

Opencom is a leading supplier of open architecture CTI solution in Japan. In our past experience, it is difficult to get serious technical support of open architecture product, since the vendors including big players such as Dialogic would not like to focus to sell this category. Only Voicetronix provides such serious support to us. We recognized VoiceTronix’s CT server, which provides perl development environment, is easy to use and has great expandability in real application.
