I WOULDN'T USE THIS IF i WERE YOU.  Things have changed LOTS in our
internal development version since this was written.  If you really
want to try ctserver with VoIP functionality, please email
support@voicetronix.com and we can point you in the right direction
for our bleeding edge development version.
